What is Hat Raptor?

Hat Raptor is a subscription based fitted hat company. We source fitted hats from the best hat sites, and listen to your specific comments on your style and teams you like to find the best fit for you. Each month the subscription is active, a new hat will be delivered after our team diligently reviews your preferences and finds the perfect hat for you.

No Snap backs or adjustable hats?

At this time we are only sourcing fitted hats. If you would like a snap back subscription option, please use the Contact Us page and let us know. You may also email us direclty at info@hatraptor.com

What if I don't like the hat I receive?

When filling out your profile, please be as detailed as possible with the teams you like or dislike, any colors you prefer or will not wear, etc. The more information we have the better we can cater each specific monthly hat to your preferences. We do accept returns for 14 days after you receive your hat. Please refer to the Return Policy for more details and fees for the return.

What if I get a hat I already have?

We typically are not sending out standard hats (example: the regular LA Dodgers or NY Yankees on field cap). We do realize that some folks in the Fitted Hat Society (#FHS) have quite the collection and repeats may on a rare instance occur. Again, please be as detailed as possible when making your profile so we can minimize the potential for doubles. If you have a large collection, please note that so we dive deeper into the vault to dig up your special monthly hats. We do accept returns for 14 days after you receive your hat. Please refer to the Return Policy for more details and fees for the return.

When can I expect my new hat each month?

Active subsribers can expect their hat within 5-7 business days. New subscribers can expect their first shipment between 1-2 weeks. Keep in mind depending on when in the month you sign up, first shipments could take up to 3 weeks, but we typically send them out much sooner. Can I give Hat Raptor Subscriptions as a gift?

Yes! Absolutely! Hat Raptor is perfect for the new or veteran fitted hat lover in your life. Hat Raptor will help build their collection over time, with minimal impact on your wallet. Our check out page allows for the delivery address to be different from the billing address. Just make sure to review both addresses when checking out for accuracy.

What kind of hats will I get?

The pictures on the subscription options page are there to show a generic New Era 59fifty hat and what to expect for a base line shape and style. Each subscriber will get a different hat, sourced from the premium hat sites listed on the home screen. We cater to all subscribers each and every month, which is why we do not have the specific hats listed or pictures of them as they are always changing. One month you could get an MILB food themed hat, the next month could be a Clink Room. All depends on availability in your size, and what preferences you put in your profile.
